On Feb. 9, 2012, the following individuals were ordered to appear before Elk City Municipal Court Judge James Brown:

Ernesto Bana pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid license; the court set a trial date.

Willie Clemmer pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid license; the court set a trial date.

Jascinda Currier pleaded not guilty to speeding; the court set a trial date.

Kenneth Gallegos pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license and was ordered to pay a fine.

Malina Gilliam pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay a fine.

Kenneth Moad pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and possession of marijuana and was ordered to pay a fine.

Adam Thornton pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license and was ordered to pay a fine.

The court issued warrants against the following individuals for failing to pay a fine by the due date:

Robin Dawson (petit larceny)

Jaqueline Rickert (failure to pay taxes due to the state)

Jodie Roshto (failure to compel a minor to attend school, failure to control a minor)
