DENNIS SMITH, DISTRICT ATTORNEY and GINA R WEBB and SHELLEY VARNELL, ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEYS, advise that the following criminal dispositions and/or alleged criminal offenses were made in the District Court of Beckham County, Oklahoma, for the week ending February 9th, 2012.
Gelda Keslar appeared before the court on February 9, 2012 and entered an initial appearance on the alleged charges of Domestic Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Ct.1; and bond was set at $,7000.
Timothy Broom appeared before the court on February 9, 2012 and entered an initial appearance on the alleged charges Attempted Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Ct.1; Public Intoxication, Ct.2; Resisting an Officer, Ct.3 and bond was set at $10,000.
