Holiday tunes will fill the air on Tuesday, December 13 as the Elk City Junior and Senior High Vocal Music Departments present their annual winter concert inside the Pioneer Performing Arts Center on the campus of Elk City High School.
Choirs, ensembles and soloists alike will be showcasing their talents through a broad spectrum of both holiday and traditional choral music.
Elk City co-diretors Justin Ediger and Lori Daubenspeck, with assistance from accompanist Jerri Hedrick, would like to invite parents, grandparents and friends to attend the event.
"The kids have been working really hard this semester and are excited about sharing their talents with our community," said Ediger. "We hope that we can have a packed house in attendance for the event."
Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for students. Members of the Vocal Music Booster Club will be admitted free of charge.
The concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
