Memorial services for Linda Wilson will be conducted Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. from the Martin Funeral Chapel of Elk City with Rev. Danny Ringer officiating under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City.

Linda Rae Wilson was born May 8, 1947 at Grand Rapids, MI to Don and Lillian Lorraine (Niles) Gillaspy and passed away Sunday, October 9, 2011 at the age of 64. She was raised in Andrews, TX where she graduated from high school. The family moved to Oklahoma City and then in the late 1960’s, Linda moved to western Oklahoma where she has made her home. She achieved her LPN Degree and had worked at hospitals and nursing homes in both Elk City and Clinton. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Yvonne Lynn Gillaspy and a brother, Richard Nelson Gillaspy.

Survivors include 3 sons: William Wilson, Wayne Wilson and Von Wilson, all of Burns Flat, 4 grandchildren and 1 sister, Janet Page and her husband Mike of Elk City. An online registry is available at www.martinfhok.com.
